YOUR AGREEMENT

By purchasing or viewing this site, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit and causing on the contacts shown, including graphics, illustrations, designs or replicas of any product sold or that has been sold on this website, without explicit written permission by us.

All designs are intellectual property of AngelVsDevilCrafts which may lead to infringement if exploited or violated.

 

OUR AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person or geographic region, we may exercise this right on a case by cases basis.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any given time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, a true likeness of all products and services on our store.

We cannot guarantee that your smart phone or computer monitor display of any colour will be accurate.

Handmade items may vary slightly in colour differences or finish.

The overall quality of the finished product will not be affected, however products may differ to the images displayed in each listing.

We reserve the right to decline, refunds, exchanges or returns for products that meet quality standards but do not meet the expectations of the buyer if care instructions (where applicable) are not followed, we will not be liable for any personal damage.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to/or cancel, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Purchasing more than the limited quantity per order may result in your order being cancelled.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole judgement appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We reserve the right to decline any refund for any and all orders made that breach our terms of service.
