Refund policy

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items are made to order and any returns/refunds or cancellations will be negotiation on a case to case basis.

We (AngelVsDevilCrafts) are not obliged to offer a refund, if the customer purchasing the item:

  •  Knew the item was faulty when purchased (imperfect listed/B grade item)
  •  Damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to.
  •  No longer want the item (e.g. Because it's the wrong size, colour or not as expected) unless the item was purchased without first seeing it.
  •  All returns must be made within 14 days of purchasing it.
  •  Postage costs will not be refunded.
  •  It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return postage cost.
  •  If an item is not returned in it's original packaging (Unused and unopened) the buyer is responsible for any loss in value deemed appropriate.
  •  If the buyer fails to present proof of postage and the item is lost in transit, all refunds, replacements or exchanges (where agreed) will be void.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defected, returns will not be accepted for:

  •  Custom order of any kind (This includes instances where the item has already been processed/dispatched.
  •  Digital downloads (Gift cards).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
