CHAGNES TO EU IMPORT TAX REGULATIONS

We are a UK based company with a mixture of in house and external order fulfilment processes.

From 1st July 2021 all orders sent to an EU member state will incur additional import VAT charges, these vary depending on individual order requirements but are commonly around 20% of your total order cost including postage. A royal Mail handling fee may also be charged.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 WEEKS FOR ITEMS TO BE PROCESSED AND DISPATCHED DURING BUSY PERIODS IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN ESTIMATED DISPATCH TIME PRIOR TO PURCHASING PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SEND US AN EMAIL OR MESSAGE US ON INSTAGRAM.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

UK - Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For delivery will be the default postage cost (PRICE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT DEPENDING ON ITEM VALUE AND WEIGHT)

EVERYWHERE ELSE - Royal Mail International Tracked delivery will be the default postage cost (PRICE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT DEPENDING ON ITEM VALUE AND WEIGHT)

It is at the customer discretion to select the appropriate shipping option based on individual requirements.

We will not be liable for any post that is lost or undelivered unless tracked shipping is purchased at checkout and courier error can be confirmed.

RETURN TO SENDER

If your item is returned to AngelVsDevilCrafts due to incorrect address, postcode or any other contact information that is required it is the customers responsibility to pay additional postage fees for their order to be resent. The customer may request a refund for their order minus shipping cost if their order doe not contain custom items and they wish to no longer proceed with their purchase. If an item is returned to AngelVsDevilCrafts the customer will be directly contacted to arrange an appropriate solution.

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect prior to your order being fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing contact@angelvsdevilcrafts.com with your order number.

AngelVsDevilCrafts are not liable for any tax/customs/import fees that may apply once the parcel has reached the requested destination.

Recipients are liable for all tax/customer and import fees that may apply.
